Welcome to World Entertainment

World Entertainment started from friendships with local reggae bands that grew into a full time booking business. After hearing a local band play, our owner, Paul Cox, asked how he could find the band's next gig. When the artist handed him a card - Paul knew there had to be a better way for fans to find out when the next show was. Now, this was around 1989, so the internet was not what we know today, but that's what Paul did for the band - Put up a website.

After he did that for Gizzae he formed solid business and personal relationships with many other reggae and world artists and started using his sales background to market and book for several Chicago bands.

After all these years, we now offer sales, marketing, promotion and web design for Reggae and World Artist all under one roof.

World Entertainment is proud to be a part of putting smiles on people's faces and the gratification that comes along with providing world class entertainment for festivals, weddings, private functions, city and state functions as well as bars.
